Our Main Hall is a fantastic, large space for any big events, parties or wedding receptions and is one of the most reasonably priced halls in the Leigh-on-Sea area. It boasts many features including a fixed stage area, PA system and a grand piano. The Main Hall is also licensed to hold wedding ceremonies. The bar area is offered as standard for any parties or events that require alcohol.

The Donald Fraser Hall Hire Costs

All hire is charged by an hourly rate of the following:

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm - 24.00 GBP inc. VAT

Monday - Friday 6pm - Midnight and Weekends - 36.50 GBP inc. VAT
